Cyberwatching.eu webinar: Cybersecurity risk management

On 23 November 2020, Max van Haastrecht from Utrecht University gave a lightning talk at Cyberwatching.eu webinar 'Cybersecurity risk management: How to strengthen resilience and adapt in 2021' to introduce the GEIGER project, the concept of the GEIGER Indicator, and its benefits for small businesses.

In his talk, Max addressed the ways to evaluate the risks and the importance of understanding the concrete threats that small businesses are facing - What are the actual risks of your business to be a target of a digital security breach, and what is at stake if these risks actualise? He pointed out that we have to step back and hear the point of view of the small businesses - and that this is exactly what the GEIGER project aims to do.
